Usually the service and food is great. Today, we've been here over half an hour and barely received our drinks. Put our food order in with our drink order, it's been 20 minutes at least. One waitress overheard my husband complaining, brought our waitress to explain (combatively and somewhat rudely) how busy they are. We probably won't be back, seeing as we've ridden all the way from Mesquite for breakfast, and are being treated very poorly.
Down home cooking and wonderful staff. Make u feel right at home
I went on steak night. Was told the grill was messed up after I had ordered but was being moved to another burner so there would be a delay. Took about 45 minutes or more to get my food. There was steak on my plate and one small scoop of potatoes ( the baked potatoes weren't ready yet) The plate looked half empty. I did have another vegetable. Waitress was friendly but had to ask the cook what kind I'd steak they were serving. But she was attentive Ichave always loved to eat at The Shed but last night was disappointing.
Good food and atmosphere. The sandwiches we're good, the peach and pecan cobblers were great. Our waitress Aly, was great and made the experience even better.
Good local eats. Had the catfish. Good. They have pie and cobblers!
